The Soul of Soto is an illustrated pop-up artbook exploring how food carries memories across time. Through four regional dishes in Indonesia (Soto Semarang, Soto Lombok Malang, Soto Mie Bogor, and Coto Makassar) the book traces moments from childhood kitchens and family tables. The book aim too spread the many variations of Soto to young generations.
